PAYMENT POLICY
50% advance payment to be made at the time of booking along with signed booking form or booking terms & conditions acceptance mail. Remaining 50% at the time of booking confirmation & documents delivery or 20 days prior to departure (whichever is earlier). Visa processing will be done only after receipt of 100% payment. Only cash payment will be acceptable if the booking is made within the 7days of departure. If payment is not made within time, Andaman Beach Paradise reserves right to cancel the booking. Cancellation policy will be applicable.

3. Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it
Been booked/ confirmed from your end.
4. Any changes done to the above mentioned request in re-selecting dates/Hotel/Excursion etc. is
Subject to availability and different rates may be applicable.
5. Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs. Onwards.& check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
6. Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.
7. The itinerary is subject to change depens on traffic and weather conditions.
8. The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
9. There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside
the package).
10. All Included Tour & Travel services are nonrefundabl.
11. At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card for incidentals. "No Show" is
subject to Full Booking CHARGES
12. 5.0 % GST will be applicable against final Invoice (Subject to Payment Made in India).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for International Packages (Applicable for Ground Package excluding flights and Cruise)
If cancelled 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
If cancelled 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
If cancelled 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
